MPIA Summer Internship 2026 in Germany (Fully Funded)
Applications are now open for the MPIA Summer Internship 2026 in Germany. This is a fully funded international internship offered by the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy (MPIA) in Heidelberg and is open to Bachelor’s and Master’s students from all countries.
The internship lasts for three months and will take place between May and September 2026, providing students with hands-on experience in astronomy and astrophysics within one of the world’s leading research institutions.
There is no application fee, and no IELTS or TOEFL is required. The program is fully funded, covering essential costs for selected participants.
Please note that only currently enrolled Bachelor’s and Master’s students are eligible — applicants who have already graduated are not eligible for the MPIA Summer Student Internship.
