Do You Need a Plan?

I have been scouring the web for the past 3 minutes or so struggling to get a quote I think will resonate with what I intend to say. Then it dawned on me that 3 minutes had passed, unfortunately I couldn’t find anything that grabbed my attention. Then I thought, why don’t I write it, rather than dilly dally around trying to share some other person's work. The month is about to come to an end. I am trying to take stock of what I have done. Usually, I have my to-do-list cluttered in my mind. It sometimes feels like a heavy bag made even complicated when siblings add theirs to it. I have resolved to plan my life. I know there is nothing wrong in adding a few inflections from loved ones. But what is certain is that by writing out my plan, I’ll be constantly reminded of what it is I have done, and what it is I haven’t done. Back-to-school Tips

Now that the summer holidays are almost over, and schools resume in a couple of weeks, what are your back - to - school tips? I'll like to approach this from two sides. A parent - teacher relationship and a student- parent bond. As a parent get to know and speak with the teachers who are left in charge with your children for over 6 hours on a daily. You make attempts to say hello and mean it. Hi Mrs, T, I called by to say, hello and to wish you the best with kids. As a parent, establish routines with kids. Get a television embargo for your house unless it's the weekend. You've got to stick to your guns. Check with your child what happened at school by not asking them as put. You could say, hey dear, saw your Maths book today before going to school; did you get to study Maths? I think children hate to be asked time and again what happened at school.
