10 Countries with Minimal Tuition Fee for Africans
Austria
Non EU/EEA students will have to pay nominal tuition fee of around €730 per semester. This cost is close to nothing compared to universities in the UK, USA and Canada which are popular destinations for international students from Africa. Austria is a beautiful country.
Sweden
Although Swedish universities charge application and tuition fee from from African students for graduate and postgraduate programmes, they offer PhD positions for no fee, in fact you'll get a monthly salary!
Norway
Fees are equal to zero for international students who wish to study in Norway. However, the cost of living may be too much for African students.
Germany
When it comes to obtaining advanced education at minimal or no cost, Germany tops the list. The public universities in Germany do not charge any tuition fee at all, however nominal university administration fee of €150-250.
Czech Republic
The law here in Czech is that education is free. But for that you need to know the local language and in addition, the country is picturesque.
Others include: Spain, Finland, Belgium, France and Italy.
I think Malta should be added to the list.
