 Applications are now open for the 2026 Scout Adventures Volunteer Program in the United Kingdom. This is a paid volunteer opportunity open to UK residents and international applicants from Europe, the USA, and other countries worldwide.


Successful candidates will participate in a 6–8 month placement as Outdoor Activity Instructors at one of the UK’s Scout Adventures centres. The programme is designed to train and support volunteers, helping them become confident instructors who believe in the power and value of outdoor adventure.



Program Benefits



  • Paid Volunteer Role
    • International volunteers: £45 per day + reimbursement of direct costs
    • UK volunteers: £35 per day + reimbursement of direct costs
  • Food and accommodation provided
  • Visa sponsorship available for international applicants
  • Other essential personal expenses covered
