Scout Adventures Volunteer Program 2026 UK (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the 2026 Scout Adventures Volunteer Program in the UK. This is a paid volunteer opportunity open to UK residents and international applicants, including candidates from Europe, the USA, and other countries worldwide.




Participants will receive:

  • £45 per week for international volunteers

  • £35 per week for UK volunteers

  • Full reimbursement for direct costs

  • Free food and accommodation

  • Visa sponsorship for eligible international applicants

  • Coverage for additional personal expenses

The program runs for 6–8 months, and there is no application fee.

Volunteers must be 18+ and will train and work as outdoor activity instructors at one of the UK’s Scout Adventures centres. The aim is to develop confident, skilled instructors who believe in the power and value of outdoor adventure.
