Top Ten Cheapest Universities in Europe for International Students from Sub-Sahara Africa

Since I began blogging about scholarship opportunities, I have most oft been confronted with the issue of paying fees by international students from Sub-Sahara Africa. Their principal concern has been the scaringly exorbitant tuition fees rates at many European institutions and many keep asking for the cheapest universities to study in Europe.
