Ginger, Cucumber and Grape fruit. If you do try this one out, prepare yourself for a body and brain shocker.  The taste is so bitter than aloe vera that it will leave you resolving never to try it again.

Cucumbers hydrate the body cells and work to eliminate body toxins. Reading more on cucumbers, Du Toit and Mama 2012 suggest that cucumbers have low calories and high water content, thereby constitute an ideal diet for people who intend to lose weight.

Grapefruit: packed with vitamin C are superb for increasing the body's metabolic system and that's what I need after all the combination of foods at Christmas, and moreover, grapefruit functions as a liver tonic.

Some of us have indulged in too much food consumption over the holidays resulting to an over-weight. Whilst some of us will be pleased we added a few extras, others are wondering just how they can shred the weight with little effort, and I am one of those. It is easy to gain weight than to lose it without conscious effort. The boss of your body is your mind, and to be able to achieve any desired look, one has to set the physical to work. Set a target, tell no one about them and smash the hell out of it- that's so me. But others prefer showing off their effort, which to me is absolutely important because it tends to inspire others.

Unlike some people who think keeping belly fat is a sign of wealth, I am convinced from my weight gain experience that, it is rather uncomfortable especially with movements-being sharp or one's feet (this is my experience, others with extra weight could have a completely different experience). Even though extra weight could make you appear plumb, and fresh, it has its numerous disadvantages, specifically in terms of health.
