Do You Wear Your Bra 24/7 to Stop Breast Sagging? Think Again!

It is often difficult to find one's exact bra size. In Cameroon, it is common place to get to the market and sort out from the different types what you think could be suitable to keep your breasts in tact. It is increasingly hard for those with bigger breasts to find their appropriate size types. The bra size you wear determines how comfortable you can be in your dress, and in running around. Wearing the right size is absolutely germane.

I don't seem to crack the nut on breast sagging given the claims made by those who constantly wear bras that there is a potential of preventing sagging breasts. Could that be true? So I go in search for the right answers and as usual, there exists a myriad of views on this. I had a chit-chat with one of my friends who said she now resents wearing bras 24/7. Her reasons were quite simple ones: "It's tight, my back around where the bra is strapped aches, and each time I wear my bra for more than 12 hours, my boobs starts to hurt." For some, this could not be the case. They'll wear tight bras so long as their boobs are looking up to the skies. These ones are sure to endure the pain no matter how long even though when the bras are off, the boobs come down. Whom are you deceiving? My view is basic: wear a bra, look good as you run around the city and at work. But when you return home, make sure to take it off, wear a t-shirt that's big enough; after all, it is in the comfort of your private home. Just as your feet need some air, my thinking is that your glands need them, too. If sleeping without tight bras is not your cup of tea, then put on a rather loose one before you head to bed.

For those with sagging breasts these are a few tips from wikihow.com:

1) gently massage your breasts from up, side, down with a massage oil like aloe vera gel, almond oil or olive oil. This could increase blood circulation.
2) Wear a proper fitting bra-make sure you find out your bra size...even when you are pregnant
3)Appropriate diet with vitamin C and E
4)Drink Enough water everyday
5) Exercise, but do so with a sports bra.
6) Put your bra away. According to  wikihow.com a 15 year study conducted by a French professor at a university hospital concluded that women who stopped wearing bras for a year witnessed a 7 millimeter lift in their breasts. Even if this study is not true for you, make sure to give your breasts some breathing space.
