The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is recruiting 10 paid People Development Interns to join its team at the UNDP office in Copenhagen. This is a fully open and inclusive internship opportunity, welcoming applicants from all academic backgrounds and all nationalities.

The UNDP Internship 2026 is a six-month program, available to undergraduates, Master’s students, and recent graduates who want hands-on experience in one of the world’s most influential development organizations. There is no application fee, and candidates from any country can apply.

To support interns during the program, UNDP provides a monthly stipend of USD $1,000.
