 Dubai’s flagship leadership event is back — and this time it’s all about Leadership and Techplomacy. Applications are now open for the Leadership and Techplomacy Summit 2026, a fully funded international youth summit taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from February 11–14, 2026.



This global summit is open to applicants from all countries, and no IELTS or TOEFL is required. It brings together global leaders, youth leaders, technology experts, diplomats, and policymakers to explore the powerful intersection of technology and diplomacy.
