Canadian Francophonie Scholarship Program (CFSP) 2026, Canada - Fully Funded

 The Canadian Francophonie Scholarship Program (CFSP) is a fully funded scholarship offered by the Government of Canada to help strengthen institutional capacity in developing member countries of La Francophonie.



The program is jointly managed by the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) and the World University Service of Canada (WUSC).

CFSP supports professionals who hold key positions in their home institutions and wish to enhance their expertise through higher education, vocational training, or professional internships in Canada.
Note: Clinical training in medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy is not eligible.


Available Study Areas

Subject availability varies based on each participating country’s development priorities. However, the scholarship typically supports:

Eligible Programs

  • Master’s Degree Programs

  • Doctoral (PhD) Programs

  • Technical and Vocational Training

  • Short-Term Professional Internships

(Clinical programs in medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy are excluded.)
