The Rotary Foundation offers scholarship opportunities through the Rotary Foundation Global Grants which may be used to fund  postgraduate studies of a Rotary club nominee in any country where there is a Rotary Club (in about 70 countries).  The grants can cover the partial/full cost of your studies.
