Harvard University is offering a fully-funded Harvard Academy Scholars Program for the PhD and doctoral scholars. This program is for international scholars from around the globe. Harvard University aims to assist scholars with their research proposals and gain technical skills in their fields.

Each year Harvard University selects six scholars for this competitive program by the selection panel. The program is open to scholars of law and social sciences. The applicants with a grip on foreign language, history or culture will be preferred. Along with meeting the eligibility criteria, a candidate must be career-oriented.
