Tulane University offers a number of scholarships for international students to bestow an opportunity to study in the United States of America. Moreover, the university offers various need- and merit-based scholarship opportunities for international students. Students can reapply for need-based financial aid every year.

Scholarship Amount 

The International Scholarships at Tulane University can amount up to $23,000. The students must qualify and should not have already been awarded that amount or more in merit scholarships. This scholarship program is a partial or full-tuition award that is renewable for 4 years (5 years for students in the 5-year Architecture program). The international students must demonstrate outstanding academic records to receive the award.

Eligibilities 

  • Applicants can be in the top 20% academically (based on testing and GPA) of the applicant pool to be eligible for the scholarship
  • Applicants should submit a complete Early Action (15 November) or Early Decision (1 November) application for admission.
  • The admission committee will nominate the candidates at the time of application, evaluate and award the scholarship to the outstanding candidates. Moreover, the assessment of scholarship will be based on the application for admission to Tulane
  • Furthermore, candidates will have to participate in one video interview with the international admission committee by 31 March.

At least two Nobel laureates have been affiliated with the university.
