Is it Okay to Scratch Your Hair in Public?

Just opened my window curtains to see how the weather would look like...hihihihi. This came quite instinctively because I once lived with a grandma who looked at the clouds each morning to forecast the weather before she headed to the farm. Here I am in Britain instead of just checking out the weather forecast, I opened the curtains only to be put off my the moist air trapped on the window(condensed air). I could not see through the condensed window and only then did I think of the weather forecast. I can see the blue clouds which is an indication of sunrise; it is my perecption that it will be bright for the most part of the morning. I'm happy with that personal weather deduction. Now, to the main topic. I watched a video on you-tube in which the novelist Chimamanda Ngozie was being interviewed on Beauty Does Not Solve the Problem.  I was listening as part of my morning distractions and after a few minutes she scratched her hair on camera.
