Many students want to study abroad, but do not know which countries are usually the cheapest and affordable, particularly for those in Sub-Sahara Africa. European Universities can offer a different experience to students and studying in a developed world could open students from Africa to a critical and more extensive way of viewing the world. The following constitutes one of our top list of countries where African students can study in terms of costs. However, make sure you are aware that the country to which you are applying welcomes international students.

Hungary

Average Tuition Fees for a bachelor degree programme is 1000 Euros per academic year and 1500 Euros for Master's programme

Cost of living in Hungary can be estimated at 450-500 Euros per month.

Portugal
Tuition Fee: 1000-1500 Euros
Overall living cost will be 500 Euros a month

France
Average Tuition fees: 500-600 Euros depending on degree programme and cost of living is about 800 Euros a month

Spain

Tuition fees will 1000 to 1500 Euros per month and living costs is about 950 Euros per month

Germany
No tuition fees at public universities but private institutions could charge as much as 30 000 Euros

Lithuania
Average Tuition fees is about 1500 to 3000 Euros and overall living cost 500 Euros.
