2019 Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme

Low Tuition Fees in Italy for International Students, but is Italy Welcoming to Students from Africa?

I have visited Italy but not long enough to determine whether it is conducive for international students. When one visits a country for a short stay, people may appear generally welcoming but not so much when you pack your bags to stay. However, I have heard and read stories on hostility shown by some Italians to migrants from Africa and thanks to the EU, many have relocated to other European countries. (Other countries have to face the problem of immigration-looks like it is our nature as humans to be on the move, but not so much for Africans who are increasingly despised where ever they find themselves. Whereas Westerners who find themselves in Africa are treated like royals).
