Shortly before receiving her gift of hope as a good will endowment from the investor of ASEED Mr. Waindim Timothy Ntam, Helen a pupil, of Government Bilingual School Belo sat dejected and looked slightly older than her age. Earth Journalism Conference Offers Fellowship to Journalists from Developing Countries

Working journalists and indigenous people from developing countries are invited to apply for the Earth Journalism Conference Fellowship. The conference will take place on December 11 2017 in Cancun, Mexico. Participants will be expected to take part in a day long workshop on biodiversity issues and tips for reporting on the hot topics for negotiations. The fellowship covers travel expenditure and accommodation/lodging. Applicants must have a record reporting on environmental issues, be fluent in English and agree to produce stories for their home media organisation.
